Everything you produce belongs to your business, without restriction.

We promise a standard and a process — never a raise, a valuation or a result.

01 · What you are buying
Access to the content, worksheets, artifact templates, Activation Labs and evidence-tracking that make up the product tier you enrolled in. Access to a self-paced module is granted immediately on enrolment and does not expire. Pathway and Extended Program access runs for the cohort term stated at enrolment.
Fees are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. The fee confirmed to you at enrolment is the fee that binds.
02 · What we do not promise
We do not promise a business result. Nothing in the Academy is a guarantee of revenue growth, a successful raise, a valuation, an investor introduction or a transaction. The Academy is education and structured accountability; the decisions and their consequences remain yours.
Nothing in the Academy or the Capital Intelligence Platform is financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and no valuation output is an appraisal. Take professional advice before acting on any of it.
03 · Completion and certification
Completing lessons does not complete a module. A module reaches Installed only on evidence, and Verified only on independent confirmation at ninety days. Certificates are issued against the published criteria and are withheld where the evidence is absent — enrolment fees are not refundable on that basis.
We revoke a certification if the evidence behind it is found to have been misrepresented.
04 · Refunds and transfers
Self-paced modules and the Annual Pass are refundable within fourteen days of purchase if fewer than 20% of lessons are complete. Pathway and Extended Program fees are refundable up to fourteen days before cohort start, less the deposit. Inside that window a place may be transferred to a later cohort once, at no charge.
A module purchased in the preceding twelve months credits in full against a pathway containing it. The Annual Pass credits at 50% against an Extended Program fee.
How to request one. Email hello@futureventures.ca from the address on the enrolment, with the product name and the order date. No form, no justification required, and no retention call. We acknowledge within two business days and return the payment to the original method within ten. If we decline — the only grounds being the completion thresholds above — we tell you which one and show you the record it rests on.
05 · Your material and ours
Artifacts you produce are yours — the completed risk register, capital strategy or KPI architecture belongs to your business, and you may keep and use it without restriction. The templates, frameworks, curriculum and course material behind them remain the property of Future Ventures Corp, licensed to you for use inside your own organization. They may not be redistributed, resold or used to deliver training to third parties.
Enrolment is personal to one named participant. Team and private-cohort licences are available for shared use.
06 · Cohort conduct
Pods and cohorts only work under confidentiality. What is discussed in a lab or pod stays there. We may remove a participant, without refund, for breaching that or for conduct that makes the room unusable for others.
07 · Changes and governing law
We may revise curriculum, schedule and delivery partners; where a change materially reduces what you enrolled in, you may transfer or withdraw for a pro-rata refund. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
